I bought this for my son. He has used it and is pleased with it. The karate school he attends had one just like it under a different brand that they were selling for $80. The only difference was the brand.

Very nice bit of headgear. It’s a little heavy, but the whole thing feels very durable and safe. After a month of moderate use (3 times a week) it is still like new.
Well made, good price. Very useful feature for multiple martial arts. Maybe not for full power sparring, but excellent quality for training and light sparring.
It seems to be made of a good quality leather and feels like it will last me for years to come. It says it will fit all sizes and it is adjustable via Velcro on the back and as cinch lace around the perimeter of the top of the head, but I did find it tight on my cheeks. This may just need to be worn in, but too tight is better than too loose.
There is good visibility with the plastic mask in place and still offers good protection. It will not protect from a we’ll placed eye gouge but definitely from punches and most training weapons.
Really nice masque.. But i bought it for my six year old and its kinda big on the head .
this head gear seem to deliver on on its promise – effective protection with an adjustable frame. The face mask is also the envy of the other students. My only criticism is the inside seem to be cloth and so I am a bit concerned about the perspiration being absorbed into the gear. Will try throwing it into the wash but for now I say works great.
Doesn’t fit very well. Bad field of vision and the straps are not very strong ( velcro) .I prefer the Twins products over Meister gear. Maybe my ‘head’ is too big….
Had these more than a year now, and they’re still keeping up. I love em. They’re a tight fit, so you can’t expect to wear them with sport glasses. You feel the hit, and it still hurts, but no one’s been injured since we starting using them. The removable mask is cool. I found that mine gets in the way when I’m trying to work on ground and pound, but it’s great for boxing, hurts quite a bit elbowing it.
Professionally done and the shipment was really good timing. It’s good for protecting the face and the head….Nice material!!! Price is good!!!!
It was tight, but not to wear he thought he couldn’t stretch it out. He is 6 ft tall. Otherwise, he LOVED the mask and felt it was excellent quality. He used the word "excellent" to describe it.

We needed some training gear that kept faces pretty much iontact. They got some hammering done last week and the protection is just what we asked for.
they are a great product, they are easy to use, came on time and is what is said it is.
Great quality headgear, I bought it for a small friend who had her nose operated and it works perfectly, she is a skinny girl 1.60mts 50Kgs. The face mask is pretty sturdy, as far as I’ve \\”tested\\” it 😉
This product is just as advertised it made of top grain Leather! It is a great product, I would recommend it to everyone.
Absolutely not worth it. I got this mask because I wanted to get a helmet that would also protect my face and it does that very well. However that’s about all its good for, direct hits to the face. The problem with this head gear is that it seems to amplify an impact to the head. If you get so much of a tap any wear on the helmet other than the face you will end up with a pretty big head ache. I cannot emphasize how big of a knock out risk this helmet is.

I ordered this guard because I wanted something nicer than a dipped guard. I got it on my head with a lot of effort I mean a lot….but it just doesn’t fit my head well. I will say tho that my head is 23.5\\” round. So i need an xxl in most dipped guards. The removeable mask fits on the headgear easily. The ties on the top part are long and hard to manipulate but would be fine once they were adjusted and tied I think. The ear openings almost let my ear be exposed. This worried me a little. face protection seems pretty good. I am not sure if I will send it back or let my cousin with a smaller head and ears try it on and if he likes it go a round or 2 then see what he thinks. I may just keep it for my friends with smaller heads to where so we can spar. The price seemed competitive and I would say its a pretty well made guard. I feel like I could definitely still get nocked out by a good kick or punch with this thing easier than a thick padded dip guard tho. I hope this review helps. I can not write much about fighting with it because that aint happnin. If my cousin or a friend decides to where it so we can spar I will get them to write another review. …Had to return… had a stitched in strap on for the face-shield. cost me a little over $8 to send it back but it was easy to do. cool company not so cool headgear.
